Highly reputable E-Commerce organization is seeking friendly, detail oriented and analytical Call Center Support professionals to join their Payment Support team - this is a CONTRACT ONLY opportunity and REQUIRES candidates to sit locally in Austin for potential onsite trainings! CST WORKING HOURS - $25.01/HR - LOCAL TO 78729 WITHIN 20 MILE RADIUS This role will require taking inbound calls, analyzing the calls, and then uploading key data into a template for collections and analysis - these calls will be centered around financial payments and products so prior Payments or Banking experience is PREFERRED!  Ideal candidates should be proficient in translating industry-related jargon and complex processes into simple, step-by-step instructions customers can understand and act upon. Responsibilities

• Listen to recorded calls and assess and document reason for call on standardized template.
• Capture data with accurate notes and insights in a timely manner to meet desired number of datapoints over a given time period.
• Provide input and insight into what data consultant team is missing and/or what needs to change in the data collection process. Participate in the iterations of the data collection process.
• Experience documenting phone-based customer contact issues and resolutions in a CRM application. Must have phone experience, has to have experience in documenting those calls.
• Customer service experience surrounding complex product offerings, preferably payments or financial products. Has to have breadth and experience in looking up hard answers on complex customer issues.
• Proficient in translating industry-related jargon and complex processes into simple, step-by-step instructions customers can understand and act upon.
