Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers providing support to meet hiring goals. Be an effective business partner who quickly understands the business goals, hiring needs, and position requirements.
• Proactively source candidates through active networking, resume database searching, internet mining, social media, professional associations, cold calling, placing advertisements, and creative sourcing methods.
• Evaluate each candidate’s experience and skill set for abilities and qualifications for each position.
• Consistently present to ENERCON Hiring Managers those applicants qualified and interested in the position, checking formal and informal references.
• Coordinate Hiring Manager debrief sessions and the selection/offer process
• Utilize Applicant Tracking System (Taleo) to manage searches and the recruiting process.
• Establish and maintain candidate database of pre-qualified candidates to meet current and anticipated business needs.
