Shift:
Must be available between 7:00am - 7:00pm Monday - Friday and then during October & November possibility of some Saturdays!
Pay:
$18.00/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming complex calls or outbound appointments offering compassion and empathy while using exceptional listening skills to identify customers' needs.
- Resolving customers’ needs related to clarification on customers' specific benefit plans or program options
- Document all inbound and outbound calls and summarize calls in the case management system as well as adapt to and implement ongoing training as the company grows and develops in the health care consumerism industry.
- 1 year customer service in the medical field, Insurance verification or high level overview of patients or customers benefit plans
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Dependable and able to adhere to schedule.

- Must have a laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or better to work remotely
