Responsibilities
- These admins will be working with various stakeholders and high net worth clients
- Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Take reservations for conference rooms, straighten up conference rooms, greet clients when they come in, answering phones, directing clients, scheduling appointments, sorting mail, balancing multiple activities, ordering office items, scanning, printing, etc
- This person will be the first point of contact as clients call or visit the office.
