Responsibilities
- This team is within the Wholesale Opp on the Payoffs team
- This team gets about 2K requests/month for commercial loan payoffs. They review various documentation to recalculate what the pay-off is for the customer.
- Work flows to them from an external group and reaches them in a workflow tool
- Working as a processor, using this tool to grab the work from the queue to process it (will require toggling between various systems to complete each task)
- Letters will be created using a template. This template will pull information from various sources that then plug into the letter to send out.
