Responsibilities
1. Entering invoices/credits into the accounting system
2. Reviewing vendor statements to ensure accounts are up to date and/or requesting copies of missing invoices.
3. Printing, sorting, and filing invoices received by email.
4. Opening, sorting, and filing invoices received through mail.
5. Interact with other branches to gain additional information on invoices.
6. Additional organization, filing, and scanning responsibilities as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
1. Strong organizational skills.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Attention to detail and ability to multi-task with multiple priorities.
4. Ability to work quickly while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
