Responsibilities

Full cycle A/P process. Matching invoicing, receivers and purchase orders.

Vendor set up and maintenance

Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries

Produce monthly reports and accruals

Prepare credit applications

Code entries according to company procedures

Reconcile or note and report discrepancies found in records

Prepare bank deposits

Calculate, prepare, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements, according to established procedures

Review expense reports

Comply with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations

Compile accounting or auditing reports as cash receipts, expenditures, accounts payable, and receivables

Perform general office duties such as filing, checking mail, ordering office supplies, and handling routine correspondence

Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by management
