Responsibilities
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Developing service contract proposals and quotes for the sales team who is out in the field. They receive requests for quotes from the sales team and work within the system to generate these quotes. This is NOT a call center - most communication is done via Outlook, MS Teams, and some phone calls
- Develop, design and create budgetary and/or service proposals and bid solutions
- Utilize critical thinking to analyze complex contract requirements
- Ensure that contract review, approval and execution are in accordance with corporate policies
- Evaluate risk, accuracy, and completeness of the solution to ensure proper contract entitlement
Here’s what you’ll have:
- Quoting / Proposal experience is a huge plus, but not necessarily required. Will take transferable skills.
- Customer Service background is ideal
Here’s what you’ll get:
- Above market-level compensation at $23.00 per hour
- Hybrid schedule-1 day in office
- First shift schedule: M-F 8am-5pm

- Order Processing (1 year of experience is required)
- SalesForce.com (6 months of experience is preferred)
- SAP (6 months of experience is preferred)
- Data Entry (1 year of experience is required)
