We are looking for a Sales Support to support a team of CSR/Account Managers. Ideal candidates will have a focus in the manufacturing industry, with a proven track record of success. Responsibilities

• Obtains orders by inbound phone calls and email, order entry, transferring orders, explaining stock-outs and delivery dates.
• Report customer feedback to management.
• Work with Sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Increases orders by suggesting related items, up-selling, explaining features and checking customer’s buying history.
• Prepares, generates and follows up on verbal or written quotations to secure orders.
• Assists Sales team members in managing open quotes.
• Maintains ERP backorder report.
• Updates the CRM data base with prospecting information.
• Communicates to the Purchasing department as needed.
