Responsibilities
- Obtains orders by inbound phone calls and email, order entry, transferring orders, explaining stock-outs and delivery dates.
- Report customer feedback to management.
- Work with Sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Increases orders by suggesting related items, up-selling, explaining features and checking customer’s buying history.
- Prepares, generates and follows up on verbal or written quotations to secure orders.
- Assists Sales team members in managing open quotes.
- Maintains ERP backorder report.
- Updates the CRM data base with prospecting information.
- Communicates to the Purchasing department as needed.
