Provide internal and external customers with a single point of contact with regard to order administration, pricing and other non-technical service issues. Proactively manages customer needs, identifying issues and providing resolutions.
- Customer support via phone and email
- Processing of customer orders
- Coordinating with workshop to ensure customer requested delivery dates are achieved
- Provide customer with timely and up-to-date updates
