The main responsibility for this role is owning the retirement process for our client's employees. You will be providing invaluable support to the families of deceased current and former employees.
Remote Position, must have own computer, with a minimum of Windows 10 installed. Must have a headset.
Must also have, 1 year of Call Center Experience, or 2 Years of Customer Service experience.
Applicants will be required to take 3 Assessment tests, and perform an Internet speed test from their computer.
For this position, you must be able to work an 8.5 hour shift between the hours of 8am - 11pm.
Working hours: Open availability from 7am - 9pm M-F (must be available to work any shift).
