We are hiring for an Operations Manager with a captive finance company, located in Westchester, NY! This company is a manufacturer of commercial vehicles in North America. This is a permanent opportunity offering a competitive base salary, annual bonus and benefits package! This company is also working on a very flexible hybrid schedule, offering 2 days working remote after the training period. The ideal person will have excellent follow up and prioritizing skills. You will be working with auto leases, ending contracts and getting any equipment back that is with the customers.  To qualify you will need prior industry experience. Responsibilities

• End of lease and repossession sales and brand medium vehicles
• Liaise with the lessee, dealer network and manufacturer (as required) to ensure a seamless disposal
• Manage end user refinance opportunities as required
• Maintain and manage the database of truck inventory
• Maintain and manage the database of maturing leases Floorplan Program
• Provide support for daily floorplan activities in the absence of the floorplan administrator (vacation, sick days etc)
