Our client, a well-known leader in the banking world - is looking for full-time Document Prep Clerks for their Lewisville Lockbox! This is a great opportunity to join a highly reputable company long-term - apply NOW for consideration! You must be flexible for all schedules listed:

• 1st: 7am-3:30pm on Mon-Fri
• A: 7am-5:30pm on Mon-Thurs
• B: 7am-5:30pm on Wed-Sat

To be considered you will need to be able to pass a background check, drug test, and credit check.

CDC guidelines regarding COVID have been implemented with the following precautions:

Responsibilities

• Will be responsible for accurately processing physical documents
• Opening, sorting, and organizing mail and verifying contents
• Reviewing documents to ensure accuracy of documents - preparing documents for processing/scanning
• Identify errors and correct any errors in data, and escalate to supervisor
• Filing and organizing documents for future reference
• Being comfortable in a fast-paced production environment
• Lifting bins of up to 20-50lbs

The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 5 hours at one time

working weekends
