salary: $20 - $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High` School

Responsibilities

• Process invoices, ensure accurate coding, and resolve discrepancies as necessary
• Matching and reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness
• Importing Excel data into accounting software for daily reporting
• Keying data accurately into Excel spreadsheets
• Receives and distributes communications; collects and mails correspondence
• Creating and maintaining spreadsheets for project managers
• Act as a liaison between departments
• Scheduling meetings and sending meeting invites to attendees
