• This role focuses on inbound calls from customers looking to enroll in Medicare Advantage
• Qualify and offer a variety of insurance options at no cost premium to the customer and rich in benefits

Responsibilities

• 30+ warm live transfer leads per day, No cold calling
• Use active listening and provided tools to determine the best outcome for your caller
• Utilize your persuasive skills and product knowledge to inform and guide your caller to their most appropriate outcome
• Follow Quality Assurance guidelines & complete required compliance training
• Maintain punctual attendance

Position Qualifications:

• Must be 2-15 or 2-40 Health Insurance Licensed
• Must be FFM Certified
• Good/positive customer service practices
• Positive attitude, Self motivated, Ability to multitask 
• Good communication and active listening skills

This Licensed Health Insurance Agent position is a long-term position upon performance metrics.
