We are looking for a polished/personable and professional Executive with fundraising experience for our client in the Macon GA area.The ideal candidate has 3-5 years experience In fundraising, running meetings, agendas, communications, and special projects. We are looking for a multi-tasker who thrives in a fast paced environment.  

salary: $30,000 - $35,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

Oversees and maintains giving programs by managing data entry procedures to insure that records are
current and free of errors as well as providing a monthly dashboard report for contributions received.

Develops and implements strategies to increase donor contributions and develops positive relationships
with donors.

Manages donor recognition including: emailed receipts and acknowledgement notes of donations, personal
phone calls or letters to donors of $100 or more, ensures phone calls or letters are sent from the director to
donors of $500 or more, annual certificates and permanent donor recognition displays.

Manages the Pacesetter/250 Club/Members database, the 100 Year donors and sponsor database, the
Ambassador database, President’s Circle, the Master Giving database, and permanent donor recognition

Conducts workshops at Convention to educate members on Grants and Scholarship application procedures.

Performs other duties as assigned.
