Responsibilities
Job Title: ITLS Technician
Summary: This is an entry level position. The purpose of the IT Lifecycle Services (ITLS) is to work alongside, and under the guidance of, the Lead Configuration Technician in order to support all ITLS configuration depot needs as well as provide field related support on projects. Essential Functions Works alongside configuration technicians to configure deployment orders Supports all Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) depot related processes, including receiving, inspect & clean, and inventory management Unboxes and re-boxes configuration orders Participates in general departmental cleanliness efforts Provides onsite field support as needed for projects at customer location
