Responsibilities

• Provide requested labor resources focusing on quality of candidates and on time delivery
• Effectively execute all aspects of an employee's work experience (e.g. recruitment, selection, onboarding, development, retention)
• Engage with client's key stakeholders, specifically front line operations, to build and maintain a mutually beneficial partnership
• Identify placement opportunities in departments outside of the current scope of roles being provided to further expand your accounts footprint
• Develop a throrough understanding of the roles within the facility and how they impact our client's ability to achieve their goals
• Demonstrate accurate and proficient administration of tasks across multiple platforms and programs
• Communicate cross functionally, fostering a collaborative environment with a focus on providing exceptional service delivery
