Responsibilities
Individuals who join this team must be a self starter, detail oriented, and show self motivation. You will be responsible for:
-Responding to agents, and policy holders
-Performing policy transactions
-Processing service requests, and changes to policies
-Sending out various documentation, and doing appropriate research
-Collaborate with team on how to improve processes, and increase customer satisfaction
-Receiving and answering on average around 30 phone calls a day, serving as a back up to the CSR's
-Properly documenting all interactions
