Responsibilities

Duties

• initiating and coordinating meetings, maintaining calendars, setting up conference calls, preparing agenda and minutes as well as distributing those materials
• answering, routing and responding to telephone calls
• order supplies, assist with product demonsrations, schedule lunch and learns
• prioritizing changing workloads to make sure teams can perform at the highest level under pressure
