Interview and survey employees and managers to gather and document job
Assess jobs and their respective duties to determine classification, FLSA status,
and appropriate salary range
Assist with preparation and maintenance of classification specifications
Prepare and maintain job descriptions for each position in the organization
ensuring descriptions accurately reflect the work being performed and
Maintain classification and job information in HCMS
Setup and maintain job descriptions in HCMS
Set up and maintain budgeted position information in the system
Review and enter personnel actions into the system ensuring compliance with
standards and regulations
Assist with maintenance of Classification/ Compensation Plan and Compensation
Gather data from market-based compensation surveys and analyze to assess
market trends and organization competitiveness
Assist with organizational compensation studies
