The Customer Service Representative will provide professional customer service to insureds, agents and CSRs across the state of Tennessee. A CSR will process billing transactions, assist with questions and concerns regarding insurance policies, and fulfill change request.
- Analyze billing, collect payments, and maintain customer accounts by recording account information.
- Resolve issues by clarifying the customer’s concern
- Answer general underwriting questions
- Efficiently direct calls and/or locate answers to procedures
- Keep records of customers interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
