Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Client Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to increase banquet bookings and secure new clients. Actively prospect for new business, targeting weddings, corporate events, and local community functions. Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community leaders to drive consistent event bookings. Present tailored banquet packages and proposals to meet client needs and budgets.
- Event Management: Oversee the planning and execution of all banquet events from start to finish, ensuring seamless operations and high client satisfaction. Manage event logistics, including vendor coordination, staff scheduling, and event setup and breakdown. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that all events meet club standards, including catering, AV services, and customer service.
- Marketing & Community Engagement: Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote banquet services, including special offers and seasonal promotions. Attend community events and networking functions to raise the profile of the club and banquet offerings. Leverage social media and other digital platforms to attract new clients and increase community engagement.
- Financial & Administrative: Manage banquet sales budgets, track performance, and report on key metrics. Handle client contracts, invoicing, and post-event follow-up to ensure long-term relationships.
