Responsibilities
- Handle high call volumes with Spanish-speaking customers with approximately 120 outbound or 60 inbound calls per day.
- Assigned to either inbound or outbound calls, not both, with potential for 50-100+ calls during peak times.
- Support the Consumer Direct Sales group within the clients' Home Mortgage.
- Gather relevant information from the customer to then transfer them to the appropriate department
- Must be available for any shift between 7am-8pm CST and open to working 1 Saturday per month between 8am-6pm
- 2+ years of call center experience and handling outbound calls
- Sale or financial experience also a plus
