salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and account reconciliations.
  
  
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
  
  
• Manage Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) processes.
  
  
• Track and analyze job costing for steel fabrication projects.
  
  
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  
  
• Support budget preparation and variance analysis.
  
  
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations.
  
  
• Coordinate with external auditors for year-end audits and tax preparation.
  
  
• Assist project managers with budget monitoring and cost control.
  
  
• Monitor inventory and fixed assets related to steel and raw materials.
  
  
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
