Responsibilities
- For purchases and refinance closings, initiate wires/checks to pay off mortgages listed on the CD/FW and checks for any third parties, taxes, fees, and money due to the borrower
- For closings with outside settlement agents, initiate wires to the agents listed on the CD/FW
- Initiate bank transfers to fund loan disbursements for operations
- Initiate bank transfers for lender-paid services and commissions
- For trade payables, initiate ACHs/checks for vendor charges.
