Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders and Hiring Managers to support both operational and corporate staffing needs.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from intake meetings and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Assist in crafting job descriptions and screening resumes to match qualifications with role requirements.
- Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract high-caliber candidates.
- Coordinate and facilitate all stages of the interview process, including initial phone screens, scheduling, and debriefing.
- Organize and participate in networking, recruiting, and hiring events to enhance talent acquisition efforts.
- Achieve staffing goals and key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, recruitment strategy effectiveness, and new hire success rates.
- Support Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of candidate data.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges, universities, community organizations, and industry groups to create robust talent pipelines.
- Create innovative recruitment solutions and long-term talent acquisition strategies.
- Deliver exceptional experiences to both candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
