Success in this position requires demonstrated technical aptitude, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Crucially, the ideal candidate must be proficient in English and Spanish, as a significant portion of our customer base requires support in Spanish. You will be responsible for diagnosing problems, guiding customers through troubleshooting procedures, and ensuring timely resolution to keep their systems running smoothly.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and service requests via various channels (phone, email, chat) in a timely and professional manner.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical and operational issues related to complex equipment and control systems.
- Provide clear, step-by-step guidance to customers to help them resolve problems remotely, often involving hardware and basic electrical components.
- Log, track, and manage all customer interactions and technical issues accurately within a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or ticketing system.
