Responsibilities
- Analyze and monitor manufacturing costs to identify variances and trends; collaborate with production to reduce waste and optimize resources.
- Reconcile balance sheets, intercompany accounts, and purchasing receipts to AP ledgers.
- Prepare and post journal entries; maintain the general ledger and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Review and validate invoices and statements with Purchasing; ensure AP data accuracy.
- Develop and maintain KPI and financial performance reports to support decision-making.
- Support month-end close, audits, and financial reporting cycles.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or cost accounting within a manufacturing environment.
- Advanced Excel skills — data manipulation, PivotTables, formulas, and modeling.
- Experience with SAP or other major ERP systems (preferred).
- Exceptional attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to multitask.
