Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Sales Growth: Aggressively pursue new business and secure opportunities across diverse US food markets to increase sales of our premium food product.
- Account Ownership: Build and strengthen long-term relationships with key local buyers, including supermarkets, regional chains, and food distributors.
- Autonomous Management: Take full ownership of your sales desk, managing the entire pipeline and client relationships independently. This is an individual contributor role with no management responsibilities.
- Strategy & Insights: Develop and execute effective sales strategies and provide consistent performance updates and market feedback to the Sales Director.
- Market Adaptability: Remain highly adaptive to market shifts and changes in local food distribution channels.
- Experience: 3-5 years of proven B2B sales and account management experience, ideally selling a food product (perishable or frozen a plus) to US retailers or distributors.
- Personality: A dynamic, proactive, and resilient personality capable of moving quickly with market and organizational changes.
- Self-Driven: A proven track record of managing a sales desk independently, demonstrating high organization and self-motivation.
- Travel: Willingness and ability to travel approximately two times per month to visit clients across the US.
- Location: Must be able to work on-site in Medley, FL.
