Responsibilities
- Engagement Execution: Plan and execute audit and review engagements specifically for Governmental and Non-Profit entities, ensuring compliance with GAAP, GAAS, OMB Uniform Guidance (Single Audits), and Yellow Book standards.
- Analysis & Documentation: Perform detailed audit procedures, including testing internal controls, analyzing financial statements, and developing comprehensive work papers.
- Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, managing fieldwork, resolving open items, and communicating audit findings effectively.
- Team Leadership (Senior Role): Supervise, train, and mentor junior staff on audit engagements, reviewing their work for accuracy and completeness.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of clear and concise financial statements and reports for presentation to clients and firm leadership.
