We are seeking a meticulous and highly compliant Medical Payroll Specialist to manage complex, multi-state payroll for healthcare professionals. work hours: 9 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Process and manage bi-weekly or semi-monthly payroll cycles for all medical and administrative staff, ensuring accurate calculation of wages, overtime, differentials, and benefits deductions.
  
  
• Ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations, as well as company policies related to payroll and timekeeping.
  
  
• Review and verify timecards and time-off requests, resolving discrepancies by working closely with managers and employees.
  
  
• Administer and maintain employee data changes related to new hires, terminations, rate changes, and benefits deductions within the payroll system.
  
  
• Prepare and submit payroll reports, including 401(k) contributions, tax filings, and year-end reporting (W-2s).
  
  
• Handle confidential employee wage, personal, and medical information with the highest level of discretion and security.
  
  
• Serve as the primary contact for employee questions regarding pay, deductions, and tax documentation.
