What You Will Lead
- Team Supervision: Directly lead and motivate a team of 20 operators, managing assignments, performance, and day-to-day attendance.
- Production Control: Execute the daily schedule, efficiently coordinating materials, people, and equipment to hit production targets.
- Quality & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to all manufacturing procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a direct supervisory or leadership role.
- Skills: problem-solving ability, excellent communication, people skills and proven success in managing production flow.
- Technical: Familiarity with manufacturing systems (e.g., SAP or MES) is highly valued.
