Responsibilities
- Rigorous Pre-Production Checks: Perform and document line clearances, equipment setups, and meticulous cleanroom protocols to guarantee a sterile environment is maintained at all times.
- Compliance in Action: Actively monitor and audit the operation of high-tech fill/finish and aseptic processing equipment, ensuring strict adherence to cGMP regulations and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Flawless Documentation: Accurately and completely document all production activities and batch records, making sure every detail meets regulatory standards.
- Quality Control & Inspection: Execute critical quality steps, including product inspection and verification, maintaining unwavering aseptic technique throughout the process.
- Troubleshooting Support: Identify, report, and participate in troubleshooting production issues, process deviations, and root cause analyses.
