Responsibilities
- Respond to Inquiries: Promptly and professionally handle a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media.
- Problem Resolution: Acknowledge, diagnose, and resolve customer complaints, issues, and service problems within established time limits. This often involves troubleshooting or escalating complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain expert-level knowledge of the company's products, services, and policies to provide accurate and complete information.
- Order/Account Management: Process customer orders, returns, exchanges, and cancellations. Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and accounts in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Feedback & Improvement: Collect and relay customer feedback to relevant internal teams to improve products, services, and overall customer experience.
- Documentation: Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies, ensuring all customer interactions and resolutions are thoroughly documented.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and unified communication with the customer.
