Randstad's Operational Talent Solutions (OTS) is looking for a Delivery Coordinator to play a crucial role in driving our growth by managing talent supply and client order fulfillment. You'll be the backbone of local recruiting efforts, ensuring we have the right talent pool in the Randstad App and maximizing order fill rates across light industrial and other OTS segments.

Responsibilities

Managing Order Fulfillment (Approx. 70% of Time)
Fulfillment: Utilize the existing talent supply to manage fulfillment of client orders through the Randstad App.
Coordination: Coordinate day one starts and site orientations for talent to meet established goals.
Monitoring: Monitor service desktop for arrivals, call-offs, and assignments ending soon.
Recruiting Activity: Execute outbound recruiting activity to matched talent on unfilled and under-dispatched orders.
Compliance: Coordinate completion of background checks, drug screens, and other requirements.
Building Talent Supply & Onboarding (Approx. 30% of Time)
Sourcing: Execute a sourcing and recruiting strategy using various channels (social networks, resume sites, past applicants, referrals) to identify potential talent.
Recruiting Campaigns: Coordinate talent attraction and recruiting campaigns with digital marketers.
Onboarding: Ensure talent advances through the digital journey to complete all required steps of onboarding within the Randstad App.
Optimization: Review and optimize job descriptions for in-app accuracy and talent self-selection.
Communication: Craft and send recruiting and referral in-app messages, texts, and email messages.
