This role is not just data entry; it is about driving efficient energy operations through precision and coordination. Our client will train and mentor you to become an expert in the solar interconnection process. You will leverage your strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage project flow and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Spearhead Solar Application Management: Take the lead on the interconnection process for rooftop solar, specifically handling new applications and meticulously verifying all documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Drive Contract Execution & Coordination: Manage the interconnection agreement signing process and coordinate with internal engineering teams to prioritize tasks within critical engineering queues.
- Ensure Data Integrity: Maintain and manage essential tracking spreadsheets using your expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel to ensure all project milestones and contracts are meticulously recorded and easily accessible.
- Serve as a Customer-Centric Liaison: Communicate with customers (written and verbal) regarding their applications, coordinate contract details, and resolve inquiries with clarity and professionalism.
- 2+ years of administrative experience; college degree highly valued but experience can substitute.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically expert-level competency in Excel for data tracking and reporting.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to organize, prioritize, and schedule complex tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with systems like SAP or Salesforce is a plus.
