Responsibilities

• Develops Client Relationships while ensuring Client Satisfaction through Net Promoter Score (NPS) results.
• Works with ShareLink/Streetlink client base to efficiently plan proxy and interim distributions for registered and beneficial shareholder bases
• Works with a more complex client base to plan proxy and interim distributions accurately and efficiently for both Registered and Beneficial shareholder base.
• Provides timely and accurate updates to clients regarding mailing status, voting, and other inquiries and issues that may arise over the course of the project.
• Partners with other team members, as well as other departments, to continually add efficiency to our internal processes as well as to increase client satisfaction.
• Appropriately communicates and escalates external client concerns in a timely manner to mitigate risk.
• Updates and monitors internal reports to ensure the timely and efficient progress of each campaign.
• Solves problems with straightforward situations; analyzes possible solutions using technical
• experience, sound judgment and precedents.
• Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to solve problems and advise clients accordingly.
• Will be expected to work more independently requiring moderate levels of guidance.
• Hybrid is preferred for local candidates, but fully remote is an option for candidates outside commuting distance
