Responsibilities
You will be the administrative backbone of client servicing, ensuring seamless operations and compliance. This role demands sharp organizational skills and a dedication to service excellence.
- Client Communication & Support: Serve as a reliable, professional contact for clients and carriers, managing follow-up and basic inquiries efficiently via phone and email.
- Implementation & Onboarding: Execute new client setups and system implementations using the agency’s sophisticated Client Relationship Management (CRM) platform.
- Material Design & Production: Take ownership of creating high-quality client-facing documents, including benefit booklets, summaries, flyers, and detailed meeting materials.
- Document Control: Rigorously track, request, and review essential plan documents (e.g., SPDs, contracts) to maintain client compliance.
- Issue Triage and Resolution: Collaborate closely with carriers and clients to resolve complex employee issues, including enrollment errors, billing discrepancies, and eligibility questions.
- Process Management: Accurately process all carrier enrollments and terminations; coordinate the distribution of new hire and open enrollment materials.
- Compliance Foundation: Under the guidance of senior staff, rapidly develop a working knowledge of key compliance statutes (e.g., ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, 5500s).
