Responsibilities
- Conducting thorough, impartial employee relations investigations, including harassment, discrimination, workplace conflict, and policy violations.
- Ensuring compliance with local, national, and international labor laws, as well as internal policies.
- Delivering clear, comprehensive investigation reports that include findings, conclusions, and actionable recommendations.
- Partnering closely with HR, Legal, Integrity & Compliance, Global Security, and business leaders across regions.
- Collecting, analyzing, and maintaining employee relations data, including investigation outcomes and key metrics.
- Identifying trends and patterns to provide actionable insights and proactive recommendations.
- Providing regular reporting to senior leadership, highlighting risks, themes, and opportunities for improvement.
- Supporting initiatives focused on workplace culture, employee experience, and DEI.
- Assisting with training development, policy reviews, and updates based on investigation findings and best practices.
