Responsibilities: Turning Tasks into Impact
- Optimize Field Workflows: Manage the processing of work packets and close out field orders within our digital tracking systems to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Drive Data Integrity: Perform meticulous data entry, update time-reporting systems, and reconcile expenses to maintain the highest standards of accuracy.
- Master Office Operations: Serve as the primary onsite contact for vendors while managing meeting schedules, travel arrangements, and essential office supplies.
- Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Assist with internal and state audits to verify that all documentation meets strict business and safety requirements.
- Champion Safety & Support: Track safety training completion and organize team celebrations that foster our collaborative and growth-focused culture.
- 2+ years of Administrative Support experience working in a Corporate environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and a willingness to learn specialized work management databases.
- Interpersonal Strength: A positive attitude with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with both customers and field crews.
- Reliability: A proven ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a shared team mission.
- Requirements: A valid driver’s license is essential for this position.
