Randstad is recruiting for a professional and welcoming Medical Office Receptionist on behalf of one of our premier healthcare clients. As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive experience and keeping the office running smoothly. This is a full-time opportunity in a fast-paced medical environment for someone who is organized, compassionate, and excellent at multitasking.

salary: $21.5 - $22 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Greet patients as they arrive and assist them with the check-in and check-out process.
  
  
• Answer multi-line phone calls, schedule appointments, and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff.
  
  
• Verify insurance information and collect co-pays or balances at the time of service.
  
  
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records by updating patient information and scanning documents.
  
  
• Manage the office waiting area to ensure it remains clean and professional.
  
  
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure patient flow is efficient and wait times are minimized.
  
  
• Handle sensitive patient information with the utmost confidentiality and in compliance with privacy regulations.
