Duties / Responsibilities:
- Wire Harness Specialization: Perform the manual deconstruction and precise reconstruction of wiring harnesses to rectify defects or meet updated specifications.
- Technical Inspection: Inspect assemblies using industry-appropriate methods, such as comparing to technical schematics, measuring features, and examining electrical functionality.
- Data Management: Record inspection results by completing reports (summarizing parts: good, repaired, and rejected) and accurately inputting data into Dot.
- Process Adherence: Follow specific standards and workflows for the inspection and rework process to maintain consistency and safety.
- Collaboration: Work closely with customers or supervisors to interpret complex work instructions and technical diagrams.
- Communication: Maintain effective and frequent communication with team members regarding project status and defect trends.
- Asset Management: Responsible for the management and maintenance of on-site tools and specialized equipment.
- Site Compliance: Adhere to all work site rules, safety guidelines, and quality protocols.
- Project Flexibility: Complete ad hoc projects and other duties as needed to drive our Vision and fulfill our Mission.
