Responsibilities

Job Description:

• Data Reconciliation: Manage and reconcile large volumes of incoming "Paid in Full" collateral files to ensure system accuracy.
  
  
• Inconsistency Resolution: Identify and resolve a backlog of data inconsistencies and bridge identified control gaps.
  
  
• Data Validation: Audit incoming files to validate that requested data points precisely match the information received.
  
  
• Excel Operations: Utilize Excel functions (formulas and data entry) to track, sort, and organize complex data sets.
  
  
• Process Maintenance: Adhere to strict operational workflows to maintain data integrity and departmental standards.
  
  

Experience & Expectations

• Excel Proficiency: Foundational skills in Microsoft Excel, specifically with data entry, basic formulas, and data validation.
  
  
• Process-Driven Mindset: Ability to follow structured procedures with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  
  
• Trainability: A quick learner who is comfortable receiving feedback and adapting to new operational workflows.
