We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative who is fluent in both English and Spanish, both spoken and written. Please note: only candidates who meet this language requirement will be considered. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, agents, and partners, delivering exceptional support with professionalism and empathy. Whether you’re answering inquiries, assisting with claims, or resolving billing issues, your role is vital to ensuring customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships. This position is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential to become permanent based on performance and attendance.

salary: $19 - $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls to identify needs, provide accurate information, and offer timely resolutions or next steps.
• Assist policyholders and partners with updates, billing inquiries, and initiating claims. May also send follow-ups via email or fax. If licensed, may discuss policy coverage details.
• Draft and distribute correspondence regarding account changes, affidavit requests, and service updates. Accurately document all interactions in internal systems.
• Manage financial transactions, including processing payments, refunds, adjustments, and resolving returned or failed payments.
• Conduct data entry related to account maintenance, including cancellations, reinstatements, and other account changes, ensuring compliance with internal standards.
• Meet established individual and team performance goals for quality and productivity.
