Randstad is seeking an experienced Sr. Tax Manager to lead U.S. tax compliance and tax provisioning activities within a growing financial services organization. This role requires a hands-on tax professional who is highly organized, collaborative, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently. The ideal candidate brings technical tax knowledge, leadership ability, and experience coordinating with external service providers. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage U.S. tax compliance and tax provisioning processes (critical core responsibilities).
• Review and coordinate outsourced tax compliance work prepared by a Big 4 public accounting firm.
• Serve as the primary internal point of contact for external tax advisors and auditors.
• Manage tax-related projects, timelines, and deliverables across multiple entities.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• Support partnership tax matters; partnership experience is strongly preferred.
• Assist with tax planning initiatives and process improvements as the organization scales.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting, finance, and leadership teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; Masters preferred
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Must have U.S. tax provisioning experience with Public Companies as well as tax compliance experience 
• Public company tax experience required
• Big 4 public accounting background preferred
• Prior experience in an accounting or tax-focused role
• Ability to work independently as a self-starter while also functioning as a team leader
• Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills
• High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills; personality and team fit are critical
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
