- Lead day-to-day site operations and act as the key on-site customer contact.

- High School Diploma/GED and 2+ years of related experience.
- Experience in delivering training sessions.
- Proficiency in operating complex office machinery.

Responsibilities
- Site Leadership & Management: Lead site operations, services, or shift. Act as the primary on-site customer and contract compliance contact (if no Site Manager). Assist with daily facility management (reporting/escalating issues, minor moves). Implement and manage Service Excellence.
- Office Services & Operations: Perform hands-on office tasks (printing, copying, scanning, mail/packages). Function as a document specialist or operations worker. Maintain daily routine functions (work orders, contractor monitoring, inspections).
- Customer & Vendor Interaction: Daily formal customer contact (in MS). Coordinate incoming requests with on-site staff. May interact with and escort contracted vendors and facility occupants.
- Administration & Finance: Monitor and order office supplies and stationary. Invoice accounts and resolve pricing/order/invoicing issues with sales. Complete site and month-end reports (in Site Manager's absence). Manage P&L and financial results. Place requisitions via Oracle's iProcurement.
- Personnel & Training: Ensure payroll accuracy by correcting time clock punches. Supervise the shift to achieve cost of goods profitability. Provide training on workflow and machine operations as needed. Assist the assigned AOM/ESM or NOM with staffing and performance management.
