The Specialist should assist internal clients in the account opening process and keep them updated on the status of their account openings and maintenance. You will work closely with the Client Service Group to provide our internal clients with quick and accurate account set-ups.

Responsibilities
- Account Management: Set up new accounts, make changes to existing accounts, and close accounts that are no longer needed.
- Data Integrity: Code data from the new account form into various client systems and perform maintenance functions on existing accounts.
- Risk Mitigation: Monitor and identify incomplete and/or inconsistent information that may result in risk to the client or their clients; resolve discrepancies and execute transactions.
- Problem Resolution: Escalate problem items and communicate professionally and constructively to effectively resolve issues to minimize risk and exposure.
- Client Service: Provide superior client service and communicate effectively as part of a team.
- Process Improvement: * Contribute to Division or Firm process improvement activities.
- Understand systems and workflows beyond the immediate team to suggest improvements that benefit the department.
- Assist the team in developing and implementing process improvements to reduce risk and/or increase productivity.
