A client of ours is hiring for an experienced Litigation Paralegal in the downtown Louisville area.  This Paralegal will support their civil litigation defense attornys.  If you have experience in litigation and general liability, then this may be the perfect fit for you.  This position is a full-time permanent opportunity offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

salary: $63,000 - $73,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Manage a large volume of personal injury and general liability files from initial intake through final resolution in a fast-paced environment
  
  
• Support all phases of civil litigation defense by drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
  
  
• Create detailed chronological summaries of medical records and billing to highlight key injuries and treatment history
  
  
• Organize and track technical documentation and evidence for product liability claims
  
  
• Coordinate complex schedules including court deadlines, depositions, and attorney calendars
  
  
• Facilitate the collection and production of discovery materials, witness statements, and evidence
  
  
• Prepare exhibit lists and trial notebooks while coordinating with expert witnesses for upcoming hearings
  
  
• Maintain highly organized digital filing systems to ensure quick access to information across a heavy caseload
