Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Transaction Management: Lead the end-to-end closing process for complex commercial files from inception to post-closing.
- Strategic Document Preparation: Draft and audit high-level closing instruments, including ALTA Settlement Statements, Closing Disclosures (CD), and Warranty Deeds.
- Financial Integrity: Oversee escrow accounts, manage earnest money deposits, and ensure the 100% accurate disbursement of multi-million dollar funds.
- High-Touch Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for sophisticated stakeholders, including attorneys, lenders, brokers, and developers.
- Title & Compliance: Rigorously review title commitments, clear requirements, and manage the timely recording of legal instruments.
- Experience: 3+ years of dedicated commercial closing experience. Law firm experience is highly preferred.
- Technical Savvy: Expert-level proficiency in closing software (e.g., Qualia, DoubleTime) and Microsoft Office.
- Florida Expertise: Deep understanding of Florida-specific commercial real estate laws and title insurance standards.
- Elite Demeanor: You possess a "Business Professional" presence and the ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
